**CAMP KITCHEN**
We have a great kitchen and staff, but
always need more help (esp. clean-up on Sunday) and contributions
of bulk food, etc (email info@sharethetimes.org)
We run a Rainbow-style VEGGIE kitchen --
please note if dishes are Vegan or Dairy -- unsure?? Ask!

**COUNCIL CIRCLES**
Friday and Saturday: 1130a @ the Kitchen:
please attend and contribute! This is where we have an
opportunity to get everyone on site up to speed with the day's
plans, as well as wake up together over some coffee & food :-)
VEHICLE CAMPING--There will be a
designated area for vehicle camping. Please check in before
parking vehicle. *NEVER* leave vehicles running!
QUIET CAMPING--There will be a
designated area for quiet camping. If interested, please ask to be
directed there when you check-in.
ALCOHOL is permitted, but NOT the
container it comes in -- soft drinks, too. Pour your
beverages into a mug, and keep ALL bottles and cans at YOUR
campsite--you are expected to pack out all you bring in!!
SHARE GOODIES--Speaking of which, we
do sell Festival CDs, SHARE mugs, T-shirts & more!!! Check 'em out!
DOGS? NO DOGS!!! ---There is a
family kennel nearby -- email info@sharethetimes.org
for more info.
FIRES--The Park has small fire rings
available for campsite fires, and a larger Fire Circle for the
drummers :-) Firewood detail, anyone??
FOOD & WATER-- While there will
be a fully functioning kitchen onsite, you should plan to bring
some food to share, any special dietary needs, and an ADEQUATE
supply of DRINKING WATER!! |
**KIDVILLE**
Kidville is a Co-op effort , not a drop-off
service -- we need YOUR help with a variety of games and projects
dedicated to our next generation -- from painting (bring grubby
clothes) to the Saturday Parade :-) (email info@sharethetimes.org)
**VENDORS**
If you want to vend, you must email info@sharethetimes.org.
There are fees to set up space, including canopies and blankets. Contact us for current info.
**LIVE MUSIC ONLY**
NO BOOM BOXES OR VEHICLE STEREOS
Canned music is sterile, commercial, and high in sodium and
cholesterol. After the stage shuts down it is time for
acoustic music and drumming. Quiet mornings--be courteous to
sleepy heads! zzzzzzz.....
****VOLUNTEERing 101****
It's pretty simply, really - we need YOU to
help make these Festivals happen: from the early set-up to the
final load out, and everything in between!!
If you see something that needs to be done,
DO IT and ask for help, if necessary. Jump in when you see
someone else doing the same. Take EVERYTHING you brought
with you, and then some. These things are expected of
EVERYONE who attends.
ALL FESTIVAL GUESTS WHO ARRIVE ON THURSDAY ARE EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE TO HELP THE STAFF WHENEVER AND WHEREVER FOR THE LENGTH OF THEIR STAY -- CONTRIBUTION
MANDATORY. ONLY STAFF MEMBERS MAY STAY OVER SUNDAY NIGHT, SORRY!
